Today’s trend of bringing the outdoors in and greening your home doesn’t have to end as summer fades. There are many ways to update your home and infuse it with autumn’s golden warmth.

Bring out your candles or add more to your collection – nothing softens a room more than the glow of candlelight. Tall and tapered, short votives, star shaped- colors and scents, try it all. Groupings of varying heights add interest to any display.

Fill vases with berried branches or sunflowers to create a seasonal focal point in busy kitchens. Rearrange bookshelves to create display spaces for personalized collections of pressed leaves, acorns or pine cones. Add cloves to oranges to create a beautiful and fragrant pomander throughout your home and use nature’s bounty to put the “green” in your early holiday decorating.
